Terms of Payment and Delivery

Dear Customer

the indicated prices are understood to be orientation prices without obligation and can be changed without notice.

Delivery terms within EU:

Minimum order amount should be not less than 200,- EUR. Transport costs will be calculated individually, depending on weight, volume and country of destination. Transport costs are always paid by the purchaser. Small packages will be shipped with parcel service. Larger shipments will be packed on pallets and shipped with forwarder. The purchaser can ask to ship with his own forwarder or we arrange a forwarder of our choice. Most items are available from our stock, so we are able to keep the delivery time short. Not available items will be taken in backorder and delivered with next order, unless the purchaser advises us to cancel them.

Payment terms:

Payment needs to be done before shipment, by bank transfer to our banking account as stated on the invoice. In some countries, cash on delivery (COD) is possible. In this case we will charge 12,50 EUR handling fee. Credit cards are not accepted.
