Package tracking service

Delivery occurs from Monday to Friday only. The driver will try to deliver the package 3 times on different days. If the recipient is not available at the named delivery place, the package will be sent back to us.

Therefore, please tell us a delivery address, where the package can be surely accepted. Should you be not available at the time, when the parcel was supposed to be delivered, you will receive a notification from delivery service. Using your Ra-Co customer number, you will be able to track your shipment. Should there be any problem with your shipment, please contact your local delivery service.
